Submitting the enquiry form or messaging us starts a conversation; it does not create a booking. A booking exists only after we confirm availability, price and details with you, and you agree to them. We will always confirm a booking explicitly — never assume a slot is held until you have our confirmation.
Prices are quoted on enquiry so that you always receive the current, confirmed rate for your dates and group size. The price we confirm with you at booking is the price for your booking. We do not publish automatic discounts or run countdown offers.
Mountain activities depend on weather, river and snow conditions. We may reschedule an activity when conditions make it unsafe. Where an activity cannot run, we will work with you to reschedule or agree an alternative. We do not guarantee that activities operate in all weather conditions.
Please follow the instructions of your activity guide, wear the gear provided, and tell us about any health conditions or special needs before booking. Participants are responsible for arriving on time at the agreed meeting point.
